Sourcing:There are nearly 500 ceramic tile suppliers in and around Foshan. We assist clients to find the right one that can provide them with the tiles they want and to understand which one is good supplier and what price is reasonable. We can check the situations of factory shareholders, their manufacturing capacity, financial conditions and their client groups, to avoid risks.Purchasing Assistant:The suppliers of ceramic tiles tend to focus on producing certain type of products. For example, many porcelain tile manufacturers do not produce ceramic tiles while floor tile manufacturers do not produce wall tiles; for some kinds of products, they only produce some specified sizes. Their target is for professional and mass production so that it can guarantee the quality and lower the cost. Therefore, clients can not purchase all their required products from only one manufacturer. If the client wants to purchase floor/wall tiles as well as decorating tiles, he has to purchase from 5-10 or even more manufacturers. We can assist clients to organize the supplies, supervise the process and manage the logistics from different manufacturers.Scope of service:Exploit new products, follow up with sample testing work in the factory, report to the clients any problem occurred during sample testing and solve it, assist clients to prepare samples and deliver samples in Foshan, including organizing and making catalogue, hand board, and specialized cartons required by the clients.Follow up with external processing orderDue to production limitation, various sizes of ceramic tiles need to be sent to local professional tiles processing factories for cutting, grinding bullnosing or bevelling.Follow the production in different factories; report production process in time. Follow up with mixed containers: When several factories need to load their goods within the same container, we can send a specific person to follow up with this job.Quality Control and Product Inspection:Inspection is required during production and before and during loading. We have standard operation flow and relevant reports for each procedure. For example, we keep customers' shipment samples for next production matching; during production, we need to conduct real-time monitoring. If problem occurs, we shall report the problem to the clients in time and solve the problems through communication with the suppliers.
